"Presentation" covers a multitude of topics, each with its own nuances. A few of them include dressing in the proper uniform, carrying yourself with confidence on the field, using your whistle to communicate, and using proper officiating mechanics.

The uniform

Wear the right uniform: a current official jersey, solid black shorts, black socks that come up to the knee with three stripes at the top of the calf, and black shoes.
